Ovvero: come semplificare i viaggi self guided

Il bello del viaggiare in autonomia, la comodità di trovare i bagagli all'hotel successivo!

SardiniaCycling offre da anni un servizio di consegna bagagli puntuale e affidabile che è a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti che viaggiano nei nostri tour self guided.

Come funziona? Semplice: si lasciano i bagagli alla reception dell'hotel al mattino (prima delle 9,30), si trovano nell'hotel successivo prima delle 15.00. Il prezzo del servizio è indicato in ogni pagina di descrizione del tour, tra i servizi "su richiesta".

Il costo è fondamentalmente legato al numero di tappe del tour, quindi potrebbe cambiare da un tour all'altro. Oltre al prezzo base, chiediamo 10 euro in più per ogni ciclista. Non limitiamo il numero di bagagli. 

Ora offriamo una nuova opportunità che può rendere il trasferimento dei bagagli molto conveniente.

La condivisione delle spese di trasporto

È possibile scegliere una data di viaggi che altri ciclisti hanno già scelto. Oppure puoi essere il primo a scegliere una data, facendo in modo che altri viaggiatori condividano il servizio in un secondo momento. In entrambi i casi, risparmierai su questo servizio molto utile.

Cosa succede se...

...Non trovo una data di consegna dei bagagli adatta alle mie esigenze?

Niente di particolare. La consegna dei bagagli funzionerà come al solito e con i suoi costi standard che potete vedere nella pagina del viaggio tra i servizi a richiesta.

...trovo un viaggio e una data adatti.

Devi solo prenotare il viaggio nelle date che ti piacciono e approfitterai automaticamente della consegna dei bagagli condivisa. Elaboreremo la nostra logistica e ti invieremo un preventivo con il costo di consegna aggiornato.

...la mia consegna è prenotata e gli altri clienti prenotano nella stessa data?

Le prenotazioni di viaggio richiedono un conto del 30%. Utilizziamo per dettagliare separatamente i costi per il viaggio e per i servizi a richiesta come la consegna dei bagagli. Quando il saldo per il viaggio sarà dovuto, rielaboreremo il prezzo modificando, se dovuto, la tassa di consegna dei bagagli.

Voglio verificare se ci saranno altre consegne di bagagli insieme ai miei e controllare se il prezzo sarà ridotto di conseguenza?

Facile! Tutte le consegne vengono aggiunte automaticamente al calendario qui sotto, in modo che possiate controllare in qualsiasi momento lo stato della vostra consegna e chiederci i costi aggiornati.

    This review is for a bike hire for 2 people. The bikes were picked up in Cagliari and dropped off in Olbia following our multi-day hire with their one way transfer option. The team was highly communicative and accommodating throughout the process including when we were 1 hour late to pick up the bikes on their day off due to the train strikes. The bikes (Canyon Small and Large) were in fantastic shape and we were given extra tubes, tools and locks at no cost and hired a bike rack for our car and high quality helmets. The guys in the shop are absolutely delightful and we were pumped to find them on the roads of Sardinia throughout our rides. Thanks, Gio and team! :)
