How to book a trip with us

SardiniaCycling devotes great energy and passion to the design of your cycling holiday. Our aim is to carefully satisfy our clients in a very professional way, from the time of first contact to the time when we wave goodbye to them after a successful holiday.

Booking a tour with SardiniaCycling is extremely simple and requires just three steps:

Three reservation steps

STEP 1: Fill in the quick inquiry form

You find the form in each tour description page. It consists of five simple fields we use to collect the basic data useful to work the PDF Travel Booking Form.

STEP 2: Reservation Form, Tour Participation Agreement and 30% deposit.

After you have sent out your quick trip inquiry, we will send to you a PDF Reservation form with your data and a Tour Participant Agreement. Note that the Reservation calls for a 30% of the package price deposit. Then return to SardiniaCycling - This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. - the filled in and scanned copies of the PDF Reservation Form, the Tour Participant Agreement and (only in case of bank transfers) a copy of a receipt from the 30% deposit you have made via a wire transfer to the bank account shown in the Reservation Form.

STEP 3: Balance payment.

Balances are due 40 days prior to arrival. Upon receipt of your deposit and signed documents, you will receive 20 days prior to departure a comprehensive pre-departure packet that will get you all set for your adventure.

Payment methods

Payments, both of deposit and balance, can be made in the following ways:

  • Via wire transfer to the account details that will be sent to you.
  • With credit card.
  • With Paypal after a request for payment that will be sent to you.

Changes and cancellation

Changes in the Itinerary

Due to circumstances beyond our control, SardiniaCycling reserves the right to make partial changes in the stated itinerary. Changes, if necessary, won't change the level of service and will be made according to the inspirational principles of the original route.

Cancellations and Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel any trip, for any reason, at any time prior to departure. In this case, refund of any payments received constitutes full settlement. All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing as soon as possible to SardiniaCycling. Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather or personal emergencies. There is no refund for unexpectedly leaving a trip early or arriving late.

We apply the following cancellation fees:

Days prior to departure
Cancellation fee
90+ €30 administrative fee
89-31 Loss of the 30% deposit
30-0 100% of trip price

In case of cancellation without the right of total or partial reimbursement, you may apply 50% of payment to a future trip departing within one calendar year after the cancellation date.

    This review is for a bike hire for 2 people. The bikes were picked up in Cagliari and dropped off in Olbia following our multi-day hire with their one way transfer option. The team was highly communicative and accommodating throughout the process including when we were 1 hour late to pick up the bikes on their day off due to the train strikes. The bikes (Canyon Small and Large) were in fantastic shape and we were given extra tubes, tools and locks at no cost and hired a bike rack for our car and high quality helmets. The guys in the shop are absolutely delightful and we were pumped to find them on the roads of Sardinia throughout our rides. Thanks, Gio and team! :)
